Enshi Jade Dew (Enshi Yulu) 50g

Enshi Jade Dew, or Enshi Yulu, is a distinctive Chinese green tea from Enshi, Hubei Province. Unlike most Chinese green teas, which are pan-fired, Enshi Jade Dew is traditionally steamed, giving it a fresh, vivid and clean green character similar in some ways to Japanese green tea, while still retaining the elegance of Chinese tea.
 
The leaves are slender, dark green and needle-like, with a smooth and graceful appearance. When brewed, the tea liquor is bright and clear, offering a fresh vegetal aroma, gentle sweetness and a smooth, refreshing finish.
