This is a fantastic way to dip your toes into a whole new way of drinking tea. The Gong Fu tea ceremony is a unique way of drinking tea, providing a fuller tasting experience. Western tea drinking styles tend to focus on single-use tea bags in a mug, however the Gong Fu ceremony uses the highest grade of tea leaves over multiple, consecutive brews so you can taste the full range of flavours, allowing you to identify and appreciate the nuanced individual characteristics of the tea. The tea ceremony also offers an introduction to tea drinking etiquette and hospitality, with traditions like the ‘fair cup’ in play. For those who want to start exploring tea, partaking in a tea ceremony class is a great start! It’s a half hour well spent for tea drinkers, with ceremonies catering for groups of up to 4 people. We offer tastings of the five major different classifications of tea, with choices between different Green, White, Oolong, Black and Dark teas on offer. Once you pick the tea classification you would most like to try, the T-Life certified Tea Master would introduce and brew the tea you chosen. During the tea ceremony, you not only get to try some of the best and most authentic teas on offer, but you also get to appreciate the art and history of tea in a relaxing and social environment.
